Paul Bassett's "Sweet Dessert Style" Espresso.

The distinctive coffees I have sourced for this blend come together to evoke the taste and feel of a sumptuous dessert experience, all revealed in the form of espresso. As each harvest will produce subtle variations to flavour and texture, the blend will continue to evolve whilst remaining true to its inspiration.

Honey and toasted hazelnuts open to delicate soft acidity, moving through to rich dark candied fruits, muscatels, cacao and undertones of sweet biscuits. These flavours harmonise with the coffee's syrupy viscosity to create my sweet dessert style espresso.
